Improved

Our recruiters asked for an intuitive interview summary workflow, so we delivered. We know how crucial it is to quickly transform your conversations into shareable notes.

The new detail page gives you complete control over your interview data in one place. Keep searching transcripts, controlling playback, and copying content as always, but now create and customize summaries right alongside your recordings. Select candidate names, edit participants, and choose exactly how you want your summaries formatted (short/medium/long, paragraphs/bullets/numbers).

Start with our templates for quick results or build your own custom format. Add decision sections at the bottom, edit text to your needs, and share instantly with our new copy button, making it easy to share insights to hiring managers and customers.

Stay productive.

New

Our recruiters asked for a GDPR module, so we delivered. We know how crucial data protection is for your interview recordings and notes.

The new GDPR module gives you complete control over data retention. You choose exactly how long Skribe keeps your interview transcripts and notes, ensuring you stay compliant while using AI to streamline your recruiting process.

More features coming soon. Stay secure.

Improved

The first week after launching Skribe, we focused on one of the core aspects of the product: transcription quality. If Skribe is going to stand out, it has to deliver top-tier Flemish and Dutch transcriptions, no compromises.

We’ve spent this week fine-tuning accuracy, testing different setups, and making sure our transcriptions hold up when compared to competitors. This is just the start, but we’re already seeing strong improvements.

More optimizations coming soon. Stay tuned. 🎶

New

It’s been two weeks since Skribe’s soft launch, if we can call it that. With the core functionality fully in place and users starting to get real value from the product, we’ve decided to open it up to a specific group of people.

Since we want to build Skribe together with actual users, we’re offering early access to a group we call believers, people who see the potential and want to help shape the tool with us. We believe the best products are built with their audience, not just for them.

Right now, Skribe does exactly what it needs to: it automatically joins your online meetings via your calendar, takes high-quality notes, and generates summaries using Skribe’s templates, or your own custom ones.

Next up: working with users on the next steps. Keep an eye on our roadmap! 👀🛣️
